Federal Property Management Corporation, formerly known as Top Leader Property Management Corporation established on May 20, 2011, is a subsidiary of Federal Land Inc.

The department is responsible in acquiring land both for development and for land banking. The department is also responsible to make sure all projects for launch of the company and its affiliates to have Socialized Housing Compliance

The Legal Department serves to delineate legal boundaries in the management of the corporation and administers the company’s legal activities to ensure maximum protection of the rights and interests of the company and the proper discharge of its legal obligations.

Property Administration

Responsible for the effective and efficient implementation of the company’s property administration system which will cover all FLI Group’s raw lands and investment properties for future development both horizontal and vertical.

Project Development Group

Project Development Group (PDG) is responsible for planning, designing, monitoring and quality control of all FLI’s projects and its affiliates. It  carries out management’s vision of transforming the company’s assets to communities and townships that will provide residential and commercial properties.

Sales

Sales helps generate revenues for the company by promoting all its residential projects to the different markets. Sales takes care of the selling all residential projects on pre-selling, leased to own and ready for occupancy units.
